How do you verify advocates?
Every advocate undergoes a 3-step verification — Bar Council ID validation, photo identity (Aadhaar/PAN), and office proof (rent agreement or property documents). Only after verification is the "Verified" badge applied to a profile.
Can I book an online video consultation?
Yes. Most advocates offer video consultations through secure Jitsi rooms. Simply click "Book Appointment" on any profile, pick a slot, and you'll receive a video link.
How do I file a complaint against an advocate?
You can report any advocate using the "Report" button on their profile, or write to our grievance officer. Serious complaints involving misconduct are referred to the Bar Council of Rajasthan.
Are reviews on the platform genuine?
Reviews are moderated to comply with BCI Rule 36. Only verified clients (with appointment confirmation) can leave reviews. Fake or spam reviews are removed.
